Best agency experience
Starling Agency was a dream to work with- excellent communication, easy non-intimidating application and negotiation process, and just genuinely kindhearted people. I have just wrapped up my first week on the job and LOVE it so far. I have worked with other agencies in the Seattle area in the past, and Starling is by far the best experience I’ve had. I felt supported and respected through the whole process, and absolutely recommend them to both nannies and families!
