FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN KIRKLAND – FLEX START DATE
OUR FAMILY: Warm, motivated, and multicultural. We just welcomed a beautiful, active baby girl whose smile will melt your heart. She is talkative, bubbly, and a champion feeder and napper (when she wants!) We are foodies and love to travel. We don’t take ourselves too seriously!
OUR HOME: A new home with 3 levels. We are in a quiet area with wildlife, with close access to multiple parks (including waterfront). We have a lot of bright spaces in the house, large and old native trees, and a soon-to-be flourishing vegetable patch in a bright and shaded backyard. We want everyone who comes here to feel at home!
OUR GOALS: We value compassion more than anything else, and want to follow a balanced approach to positive reinforcement and gentle parenting, focusing on nurturing empathy, open communication, and respect. We value mindfulness, relaxation, and creative time, and hope to help our daughter develop self-awareness and emotional regulation with these tools.

OUR NANNY: Someone who shares our values and is excited to join our journey. You will play a crucial role in nurturing our daughter’s growth, nutrition, and development. We hope to find a nanny who can grow with our family.
START: Flexible! Start any time between July-Sept 15th.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours guaranteed, M-F, 8am to 4pm (can be flexible on timing)
RATE: $32-34 per hour.
BENEFITS: Guaranteed Hours, Sick Pay, Paid Federal Holidays, 3 Weeks Paid Vacation, PTO, Healthcare Stipend.
REQUIREMENTS: Submit an application demonstrating a strong background in childcare and/or education with similar ages (min of 3 yrs professional experience). Applicants must also meet the following: pristine background and ability to pass a background check, safe driving record, 3 glowing long-term (1+ years) employment references, current CPR/First Aid certs or willingness to renew before hire, enthusiasm and passion for working with children, authorization to work in the US, ability to commit to the stated timeline, safe and reliable vehicle, COVID vaccination and booster. No accompanying children permitted.
