  • START DATE: ASAP!
  • OUR FAMILY IS: Very simple, relaxed, happy and goofy. Until the kids start showing separation anxiety we would like to help the nanny whenever possible. FT FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR SOON TO BE BABY GIRL IN LYNNWOOD

  • WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: A baby girl of unknown personality! We’re first time parents and can’t wait to meet our daughter and see what she is like.
  • START DATE: 4-15-2022
  • OUR FAMILY IS: A fun, easy going place that, admittedly, is a bit chaotic sometimes. Our dogs are always running around and we frequently get so busy that boxes stack up by the front door and our dining table becomes a catchall. We’re the people who talk to their dogs (we’re not crazy, I promise!) and watch Ancient Aliens for a bit of humor.
  • OUR FAMILY THEME SONG: We don’t have a theme song but our family movie is Talladega Nights.
  • OUR HOUSEHOLD IS: We believe in quality time with family and friends, great food, experiences and laughter. We’ve waited so long to be parents that we’re looking forward to spoiling our baby girl a bit.
  • WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We would like a nanny who is okay with some assistant-type tasks, such as running errands once a week and family grocery shopping/cooking as time allows.
  • OUR NANNY WILL BE: Appreciated! Having a nanny will be such a big help and we’re looking forward to having someone we can learn from as first time parents and who can bring some balance to the worries that first time parents usually have. We hope he or she will be attentive to our baby and knowledgeable about care development. We also hope our nanny is somewhat flexible, easy going, and easy to talk to. We are big believers in communication so problems do not build up.
  • OUR CHILDCARE GOALS ARE: To ensure our child is safe, healthy, engaged, and mentally stimulated.
  • PETS: We have two cats, who mostly keep to themselves. We also have two dogs: a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Pomsky. Both are friendly and sweet but sometimes hyper.
  • SCHEDULE: 40 hours guaranteed, M-F 8-4
  • RATE: $32-34+
  • BENEFITS: Guaranteed Hours, Family Vehicle Provided, Sick Pay, PTO, Paid Federal Holidays, $200 monthly Healthcare Stipend
  • REQUIREMENTS: Min 3 years of professional childcare experience, current CPR/FA certs, pristine background and safe driving record, 3 glowing childcare references, legal to work in the US, ability to commit to minimum 1 year. Safe and reliable vehicle required. Employer requires COVID vaccination. No accompanying children permitted.

FT NANNY NEEDED IN DUVALL FOR TODDLER CHEF

  • WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: You will be caring for a mini: Chief, Zoo-Keeper, budding Bookworm, Fruit-Bat, Hiker, and Farm lover.  Our daughter is a 2-year-old little girl who loves books, visiting the goats at the farm down the road, reading, and exploring whatever she can.  She loves to be outside, but will also try to spend the entire morning or afternoon curled up on the couch with a pile of books and her stuffed animals. She is very sweet and empathetic and she will clean you out of bananas no matter how many you have in the house!
  • START DATE: ASAP!
  • OUR FAMILY IS: Our family is a collection of bookworm nerds who love the country and the outdoors. Overall, we believe in science, love to ask why and look up things we don’t know, and have a high focus on active engagement and education.
  • OUR FAMILY THEME SONG: Cat Stevens’ Moonshadow.
  • OUR HOUSEHOLD IS: Our household is messy trying to be clean, or at the very least tidy. We are all bookworms, so books are everywhere for us; as you go room to room, you will find different ‘sections’ and genres.  We don’t tend to be a ‘loud’ home, though we almost always have music playing in the living room (everything from Rafi, Queen, Train, Cat Stevens, or our standard: the Classical Station).  And we may have devoted our largest closet in the house to board games.
  • WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Someone engaged, curious, and focused on our daughter. They will also be a little flexible and willing to grow and progress with us. They will engage with our daughter through play and developmentally appropriate activities, without pushing her further than she is ready for. Someone who is open to doing kid-friendly cooking projects our daughter can help with. As Mom and Dad are working to shift their hours of work once we are all settled in with the Nanny as part of our home unit, we also want someone who will be a little flexible through that transition while we work out what hours will be best for all of us (Mom, Dad, and Nanny). We would love someone bilingual but this is not mandatory.
  • OUR CHILDCARE GOALS ARE: We are looking to add someone to our core home unit who can keep engaging or daughter, grow her curiosity, creativity, and development at her pace, provide her a new face, new experiences, new games, and allow Mom and Dad to get more of the basic household chores done ourselves.
  • SCHEDULE: 40 hours guaranteed, M-F 9am to 5pm. Hours slightly flexible.
  • RATE: $31-33
  • BENEFITS: No driving Required, Similar Aged Child in Tow Welcome, Guaranteed Hours, Sick Pay, Paid Federal Holidays, PTO, Healthcare Stipend DOE

We understand how difficult toddlers can be and will be ultimately supportive and empathetic as you navigate working in our world. We have 7 kids total, ages 9 months to 14 years. Three of these are girls in their teenage years and the 9 and 11-year-olds are active, rambunctious boys.
