[NEW RATE] FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN EDMONDS

OUR FAMILY: We’re a warm, active, and family-oriented household that enjoys learning, exploring, and making everyday moments meaningful. Spending quality time together, both with our immediate family and friends, is very important to us, and we love finding fun and engaging ways to enjoy life’s little adventures! We have three children a 4.5-years old girl, 2.5-years old boy and their newborn baby sister! Our oldest will attend full-time preschool in the Fall so the primary focus of care will be for our youngest two. Our middle child will also start part-time preschool in winter. Our kiddos all like playing outside, learning and having conversations about subjects that interest them (they are very curious!), reading books, painting, coming up with their own imaginary games, learning to do things on their own, being silly, and berries.

OUR HOME: Our home is welcoming, cheerful, and thoughtfully maintained, while still feeling comfortable and family-centered. The kids have easy access to a variety of toys, books, and activities that encourage independent play and creativity. Both parents work remotely and enjoy popping in to connect with the children throughout the day when appropriate. We also love spending time with our community and taking advantage of nearby parks and local outings together. We have grandparents and friends that come over often, we value our community and love to have playdates and hangouts!

OUR GOALS: We strive to support our children in becoming confident, compassionate, and inquisitive individuals who feel empowered to explore, learn, and build independence over time. We’re looking for a caregiver who is energetic, active, and excited to fully participate in hands-on play, outdoor activities, and the day-to-day adventures that come with growing children.

[NEW RATE!] FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN SAMMAMISH

OUR FAMILY: We're a fun-loving bunch who enjoy getting outdoors, hanging out, and traveling together when possible. Our crew consists of Mom and Dad, both working professionals, a bright and spirited 3‑year‑old toddler and a 1-year-old cutie. Our toddler is a total ray of sunshine, outgoing personality, and constantly curious. She loves books, imaginative play, arts and crafts, music, and exploring the world around her. She’s always eager to experiment or learn something new and thrives with structure balanced by creativity and fun. Our baby is a total joy; full of smiles, sweet, and observant. She is right in the middle of exciting milestone development; learning to take her first steps and speak her first words. She enjoys cruising around and exploring the house or taking in the world around her. At the heart of it all, we’re a close‑knit, fun‑loving family who enjoys family dinners, checking in with each other, and dreaming up our next big, or small, adventure.

OUR HOME: Generally neat and tidy, though that doesn't always apply to the kids’ rooms as they have their own definition of “clean.” We are fairly organized and tend to keep a stocked fridge and pantry unless we miss our weekly grocery run. Mom and Dad both work from home in separate office spaces but may pop in to say hi or grab a snack when it’s not distracting.  We have two hypoallergenic dogs.  They are sweet pups who spend their days at our feet or searching for anything yummy the kids might have dropped on the ground.

OUR GOALS: The older kids are largely independent, so we are looking for a caring, loving, experienced nanny to support our toddler and baby. We want this person to spend their days nurturing both children’s developmental milestones. Someone who can help our toddler grow in confidence, creativity, patience, and independence, while supporting our baby’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development. During the summer, care will be full time for both children. During the school year, care will focus on the baby and the toddler part time when she is not in preschool. We are looking for someone who can make a long‑term commitment, grow with our family, and truly become a trusted part of our children’s lives.

OUR SONG: “Boogie Shoes” by KC & The Sunshine Band

OUR NANNY: Will be fun, creative, safe, responsible, intuitive, patient, attentive, energetic, and a great communicator. You’ll be able to shift seamlessly between being a playful, engaging presence for our toddler and a knowledgeable, nurturing caregiver supporting our baby through key developmental milestones. We would love to find someone with a background in teaching, child development, or extensive hands-on experience with young children. High energy, emotional intelligence, flexibility with scheduling, and clear communication are all important to us. We would also love someone who enjoys preparing healthy, age‑appropriate meals and snacks for the little ones.

START DATE: ASAP!

SCHEDULE: 40-45 hours guaranteed, M-F 8am-5pm, with some flexibility in the 4-5pm window if needed.

FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN PORTAGE BAY NEIGHBORHOOD - AUGUST START!

OUR FAMILY: We are a close-knit family of four living in a house governed by two feline overlords. We are looking for a long-term partner to provide primary care for our youngest daughter, who will be 5-months- old when this role begins. Her older sister attends daycare full-time, so this role is entirely focused on primary care for the infant. We value a collaborative environment and want a caregiver to grow with our family.

OUR HOME: Our home is a sanctuary where we prioritize a nurturing, healthy living environment and pragmatic choices. Both parents work from home in dedicated offices, we are committed to giving you the space you need to establish your own rhythm, provide a warm and secure environment, and deeply bond with our daughter. We focus on fostering grit, curiosity, and independence from infancy onward. We believe in meeting the child where they are, while providing the structure they need to build resilience. We value a caregiver who can maintain a calm, steady, and nurturing presence. Healthy living and balanced meals are also very important to us. We place a strong emphasis on baby-led weaning and encouraging independent eating. While we do not expect the caregiver to handle family cooking, we ask for support in preparing her developmental meals and maintaining these healthy habits.

OUR GOALS: To provide a supportive environment that nurtures our daughter’s development during this crucial stage of first-year growth. We want her to feel capable and confident as she explores the world. We want a partner who is well-versed in infant developmental milestones, is excited to implement age-appropriate activities, and is comfortable safely navigating the introduction of solid foods through baby-led weaning.

OUR SONG: “Everybody Poops” by Tawnee Kendall Kids!

OUR NANNY: Our ideal nanny is patient, playful, thoughtful, and highly organized. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong nurturing instincts who will care for our daughter with warmth, attentiveness, and respect. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally attentive to the small details that help a household run smoothly. Recent, extensive infant experience is essential, including familiarity with developmental milestones and baby sign language. We value clear, transparent communication and are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining organized infant spaces, including managing children's laundry, baby dishes and bottle sterilization, and toy organization and rotation. Occasionally, we would appreciate support caring for both our infant and toddler for pre-scheduled evening date nights, which would be arranged well in advance and compensated accordingly. Ultimately, we hope to find a calm, dependable partner who isn't afraid to be silly and is excited to help our daughter explore the world with curiosity and confidence.
