FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN SHORELINE - ASAP START!
OUR FAMILY: We are first-time parents with a baby boy who is the love of our lives! Like most first time parents, we are learning as we go. Our son is 4-months-old and is curious, high energy and loves interacting. We welcome the support of someone who has seen it before and can guide us as our little one grows.
OUR HOME: We have a sunny, warm and spacious home with easy access to water and parks for outings with our son. Mom mostly works from home and grandma lives with us. Both will be hands-off but will pop in occasionally to say hi when it works for all parties. We are trying to have a perfume/allergen-free house as we navigate the infant eczema phase.
OUR GOALS: Ensure our son grows up healthy and happy! We are looking for an experienced caregiver who can offer advice and experience on what we need to help our kiddo succeed long-term, from baby-proofing ideas to developmentally appropriate activities. We need an outside voice to help us along the way.

OUR NANNY: We hope to find someone to form a strong bond with our little one. We hope he will remember fondly his time with the caregiver! We want to find a caregiver that will support our son’s interests and natural curiosity. A caregiver who is data-driven and informed would be an excellent fit. Potentially bilingual (Mandarin-speaking would be great!) or at least willing to expose our little one to as many different educational activities as possible. High energy when needed, or at least excited and having fun with our little one.
START DATE: ASAP!
SCHEDULE: 40 hours guaranteed. Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm (preferred) or 8am-4pm.
HOURLY RATE: $36-40 per hour DOE.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 3+ years of recent professional nanny or family assistant experience with similar ages.
References: Stellar feedback from at least 3 previous long-term employers in a similar role.
Background: Spotless criminal history and identity verification.
Safety: CPR & First Aid certified or willing to complete before hire.
Commitment: Ability to commit to the family’s timeline.
Local: Residence in the Greater Seattle Area.
Payroll: Comfortable with W2 employment and payroll processing.
Driving: Valid driver’s license, safe and insured vehicle, clean driving record.
Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Communication: Prompt and professional communication skills.

FULL-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED IN REDMOND - 4 DAY WORK WEEK!
OUR FAMILY: A lively household that runs on love, a shared calendar, and a healthy sense of humor. We have four kids who range from preschool to high school: 16,13, 6 and 4-years-old. Day-to-day, the littles will get most of your hands-on time. On any given afternoon, someone is coloring, someone is learning to read, someone needs a ride to practice, and someone is going through a teenage "I'm fine." We're looking for someone to join us for our next chapter. The teens are mostly independent, but they occasionally benefit from rides, a snack waiting after school, and a kind, responsible adult in the house.
OUR HOME: Warm, lived-in, and a little bit loud. We’re east of Redmond on a property that features a swimming pool, a treehouse, and a giant barn for indoor playtime. We aim for "organized chaos" rather than perfection. We live by equal parts structure and flexibility. Mom and dad both work from home part-time. We probably indulge our sweet tooth more often than we should and could use help encouraging our pickiest eaters to eat a healthier diet. Sleep matters a lot in our house, and consistent routines help everyone. We’d love a caregiver who is able to partner with us on continuing those routines and improving them over time. Our family includes neurodivergent kiddos, and we're looking for someone experienced with (or genuinely eager to learn) flexible, low-pressure, relationship-first approaches, especially for a child who's sensitive to demands.
OUR GOALS: To find a long-term partner who makes our days calmer and our kids feel seen. With four children at very different ages, we need someone who can be fully present with the younger two children while building rapport with teens who are striving for independence. When the kids are in school, you will help keep our household running smoothly, so our time together as a family can be about connection, not logistics.

You can pivot from a preschooler's meltdown to a teen's carpool in the same afternoon without losing your sense of humor. You're proactive and organized, and you notice what needs doing before being asked. You're flexible and assume the best about kids, and you're comfortable with a nontraditional, busy household. You're a safe, confident driver who's happy to handle school pickups, activities, and errands. We would love help with family laundry, age-appropriate activities, transportation, outings to parks, classes, playdates, grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, tidy common areas and organization projects. No pet care required. Most of all, you genuinely enjoy kids of all ages and want to be part of their lives for the long haul!
