FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN SEWARD PARK – JANUARY START

OUR FAMILY: We are both physicians who recently welcomed our long-awaited baby girl. We have busy and demanding schedules and work responsibilities, but try to achieve a balance outside of work. We love the simple things in life — a walk around Seward Park, a cup of tea, lounging in our pajamas, lying on the floor playing. We have loved going about our routine and watching the world through our daughter’s innocent and curious eyes. Our little one is happy, drooling, and smiley. She is the light of our life and the most precious thing to us. Her smiles have already melted a lot of hearts. We can’t wait to hear what she has to say, but, for now, her cooing and squealing is everything.

OUR HOME: Our home is light-filled, welcoming, and comfortable. We are known for having an extensive tea collection and you’ll always be able to find a throw blanket. We like predictability and consistency to help our daughter feel secure. She is currently bottle-fed and usually follows a feed-play-sleep-repeat pattern throughout the day. We would appreciate help keeping her schedule on track and flexibility as her needs evolve. Once she starts solids, we plan to focus on healthy, balanced foods and a positive mealtime environment.

OUR GOALS: Simple: we want to create a nurturing and engaging environment where our daughter can grow, explore, and feel loved and secure. We value a nanny who can support early milestones such as-encouraging tummy time, reading, singing, and outdoor walks when possible. We also want to establish healthy sleep and feeding routines, while fostering curiosity and independence as she grows.

OUR SONG: “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac.

OUR NANNY: Our ideal nanny is warm, reliable, experienced, and genuinely enjoys caring for infants. We are looking for someone who will engage our daughter through play, songs, and conversation while supporting her daily routines and safety. Our nanny will be present and reasonably screen-free around our little one. We are looking for a calm, loving presence who is proactive, trustworthy, and brings positive energy. Open communication is also something we greatly value, we see our nanny as being part of our parenting team. We can’t wait to welcome you into our family!
