FUN-LOVING NANNY NEEDED IN KIRKLAND ASAP
OUR FAMILY: We are a close-knit and loving family. We have a five-year-old son who started kindergarten this Fall. He enjoys going to parks, reading books, playing games, and showing off for his caregivers. We welcomed twin boys in March, now 7-months old, that enjoy exploring new sights and sounds, giggling together, and being sidekicks on their big brother’s adventures! As parents, we are very engaged in our childrens’ day-to-day but are also busy professionals so we are looking for a nanny that will partner with us to create a calm, structured and positive home environment for our kids.
OUR HOME: A single-family home in the fun Houghton neighborhood of Kirkland. There are many parks, playgrounds, and amenities within walking distance. We have a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever who loves to enthusiastically greet visitors upon arrival, but then settles in for the day. Candidates must be comfortable with animals and ideally will be a dog-lover.
OUR GOALS: We are seeking a reliable, responsible, engaged, and loving caretaker. During the core hours of the day, the nanny will be primarily focused on the twins, providing a safe and nurturing environment. After school, the nanny may also provide care for our kindergartener, including occasional pickup/drop-off duties once trust and comfort is established. The ideal candidate will have high energy with a strong ability to multitask and balance multiple children’s needs concurrently.
OUR SONG: Good Morning Song by Mister B, reflecting our energy and positivity.
OUR NANNY: Engaged, responsible, reliable, loving, and trustworthy with strong communication skills. We want you to feel supported and welcomed! Mom will be working from home for a portion of the week and will tag-team or be available to provide breaks on some days. While the primary focus will always be the children first, the ideal nanny will have a collaborative outlook and be open to occasions when a household task needs to be completed. We value transparency, mutual respect, and are seeking a strong and stable partner.

FULL-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED IN WOODWAY – RARE 4 DAY SCHED!
OUR FAMILY: Loving, energetic, and very organized. We thrive on laughter, adventures, and a sense of togetherness. We believe in kindness, creativity, and making space for each of us to shine. Our two sweet daughters are 1.5-years-old and 5-years-old. Our older daughter is curious, imaginative, and loves to learn- she attends kindergarten 5 days a week. Our younger daughter is bubbly, playful, and busy discovering her world, she attends school 3 days a week. You’ll also share your days with our two friendly Labradoodles, who think they’re part of the kid crew. We are a two dad family and work from home but will only be involved for after school pickup/extracurriculars in the evenings.
OUR HOME: Welcoming and full of activity, located in the Edmonds/Woodway area. We love being outside, hosting friends and family, and keeping things running smoothly with just the right mix of structure and flexibility. We believe kids thrive on balance. Mealtimes in our home are structured, with nutritious foods (and room for treats — popsicles are a summer staple!). Sleep is a priority- both girls are on consistent routines, and we work hard to keep those rhythms steady so everyone gets the rest they need. We focus on positive reinforcement, gentle redirection, and open communication. Big feelings are welcome here — we encourage naming emotions, practicing empathy, and learning coping tools. Structure and clear expectations help set the tone, but compassion always leads the way.
OUR GOALS: To nurture both girls’ unique personalities, keep them safe and happy, and help them grow into confident, caring people. We’re looking for someone who will feel like part of our family and join us in creating a joyful, curious, and loving environment.
OUR SONG: “Happy” by Pharrell — because at the end of the day, we want our home to feel just like that: happy.
OUR FAMILY ASSISTANT: We’re hoping to find someone warm, reliable, and energetic who loves engaging with kids. A nanny who brings creativity to playtime, patience to challenges, and consistency to routines will thrive in our home. Someone who’s organized (like us!) and proactive about planning activities, while also flexible enough to go with the flow, will be a perfect fit. On Thursdays, while our daughters are in school, we hope to find someone who can help with family assistant duties (meal prep, errand running, laundry, home organization) until after-school pickup. We are also looking for someone who is open to overnights (including a two week overnight stay at the end of November through early December) and traveling with us out of state semi-frequently to Palm Springs! Most of all, we want a caregiver who feels like part of the family — trusted, respected, and appreciated every day. We are looking for a long-term fit and hope you are too!

PROFESSIONAL NANNY NEEDED IN OLYMPIA – PENDING
OUR FAMILY: Trying to find our new groove! We are brand new parents getting to know our daughter. Her personality is beginning to show already and she will certainly be a very silly girl! We spent the last 11 years as devoted “fur parents” and all six of us [2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 parents] are now learning what the newest member is all about. She is mostly all about eating, pooping, and napping, if you’re wondering. We are a very easy-going, routine, and warm family. We enjoy taking our dogs, and now baby girl out on the local trails and getting together with friends. We equally enjoy staying in and tending to our backyard or being couch potatoes every once in a while.
OUR HOME: Located in the truly peaceful Cougar Ridge neighborhood and was built by us in 2021. The home has a spacious living/kitchen area and a large bonus/play room on the second floor. The backyard is great any time of the year with both covered and uncovered patio, a large lawn, and about an acre more of natural forest area to explore.
OUR GOALS: To find a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced caregiver who may spend working hours with our baby girl.
OUR SONG: Slow Up – Jacob Banks
OUR NANNY: Our ideal caregiver is educated and eager to help us carry out age-appropriate learning/experiences with her to ensure she meets milestones and remains a very happy, healthy girl. As first-time parents, we are sponges to helpful tips/tricks, and we would all three enjoy a caregiver who isn’t afraid to offer their expertise. We would love someone who enjoys planning and supervising fun and creative activities with our girl as she grows. Our ideal caregiver is open-minded, passionate about childcare, and looking for a committed position in our family – one where we all grow together and have fun doing it!
