Do You Offer a Nanny Placement Guarantee? Absolutely! Starling Agency provides a robust 6-month placement guarantee for our long-term placement clients. If the initial match isn’t quite right within the first six months, we’ll swiftly facilitate one complimentary nanny replacement. Replacements are subject to the terms outlined in our Placement Agreement.

Can I hire a temporary nanny through Starling? Of course! We place temporary nannies year-round. Our temporary services are especially popular in the summer. Many of our temporary nannies are also private educators who can help your child avoid the summer slide. We recommend contacting us to discuss your temporary nanny needs.
