NANNY PLACEMENT FEES

Our Nanny Placement service is designed for hiring a professional nanny. Services begin with a non-refundable $400 retainer fee. Once your nanny is hired a one-time placement fee is made, equal to 15% of the nanny’s total gross annual compensation. Our placement service includes an extensive Starling Placement Guarantee.

CUSTOM PLACEMENT FEES

Our Custom Placement service is designed for hiring a family assistant, household manager, personal assistant, or estate manager. Services begin with a non-refundable $400 retainer fee. Once your candidate is hired a one-time placement fee is made, equal to 15% of the candidate’s total gross annual compensation. Our placement service includes an extensive Starling Placement Guarantee.

TEMPORARY NANNY FEES

Our Temporary Nanny service is designed for hiring a nanny for 4-12 weeks. Services begin with a non-refundable $400 retainer fee. Once your nanny is hired a one-time placement fee is made, equal to $50 per day of the assignment.
