FT NANNY NEEDED IN NORTH ISSAQUAH – JULY START 

• OUR FAMILY: Dependable, friendly, calm, and organized. We enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s a backyard hang or a hike. We also enjoy doing new things, for Mom that’s usually cooking or baking a new recipe and for Dad, that’s usually home improvement projects or techie things. We have been big travelers, visiting 30 countries together, but now we’re planning to keep it a little more local with our newest addition. We like having a balance of structure and just enjoying life. Our son will be 6-months-old in July and was born 4 weeks early so he’s always been on the cute and small side with a full head of hair. He loves to snuggle and we’re excited to see him grow and develop!
• OUR HOME: Comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy. We have a large yard with lots of space for our son to play once he’s on the move. We do not have pets, although we do have neighborhood deer and bobcats that love to walk through the yard. Our neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. It’s easy to get to our house, just a few minutes off I-90, with plenty of shops Target, QFC) and nearby parks within a couple minutes drive. Mom and Dad will be working from home but will have a dedicated office space and give full autonomy to the nanny. 
• OUR GOALS: To raise a happy, healthy baby. We hope to expose our son to lots of different things and experiences. We also hope to have predictable routines with the right amount of discipline that enable all of us to thrive.
• OUR SONG: Always changing! Sometimes it’s Avicii- Levels for a pump up, or Beyonce-Love on Top for a wedding memory, or Eric Church- Springsteen for a sunny, open sunroof drive.
• OUR NANNY: Will be reliable, patient, caring, and open-minded. We want our nanny to be empowered to do what is best for our son and enjoy their time with him. We’d also love our caregiver to be somewhat adventurous and willing to do new and fun things that expose him to different activities. We are hoping to find a nanny who will stay with us for many years to come-you will be part of the family and we look forward to partnering with you!
• START: 7-18-2024, flexible for the right fit.
• SCHEDULE: 40 hours guaranteed, M-F 7:30-3:30pm, slightly flexible for the right fit.

Additionally, applicants must meet the following criteria: a flawless background, a clean driving record, current CPR/First Aid certifications or readiness to renew before employment, genuine enthusiasm and dedication to working with children, authorization to work in the US, commitment to the specified timeline, access to a safe and dependable vehicle, complete COVID vaccination and booster, and no accompanying children. *All requirements must be met in order to advance to interviews.

FT TEMPORARY NANNY NEEDED IN MAPLE LEAF

• OUR FAMILY: Is lighthearted, slightly nerdy, and easy to get along with. Both Mom and Dad work in the technology industry; our 3-year-old is passionate about Play-Doh, stuffies, and general goofery; and our 1-year-old’s main hobby is big smiles. We also have a timid but gentle cat. 
• OUR HOME: Both parents split their time between their office buildings and a shared in-home workspace. We’re careful to respect the privacy of our caregiver and have dedicated work space; we won’t expect children to stay quiet! Besides our office and primary bedroom (and occasionally the upstairs bathroom and kitchen), the house is the domain of the kids and their caregiver.
• OUR GOALS: Warm, positive care for our little ones. We keep regular hours and aren’t prone to last-minute emergencies, and we’d love a caregiver who likes having a regular schedule. We’re learning about parenting as we go, so we welcome opportunities to learn from an experienced caregiver.
• OUR SONG: Lately “Run Baby Run” is a favorite, but we love anything that has hand motions that go along with it.
• OUR NANNY: We’re looking for a caregiver who believes that all children are good, and simply need to be taught how to treat others. We’d like someone with experience of their own to share while being willing to work with our predictable routines. We value kindness and positivity, and we promise to respect your experience and your space as much as our home possibly allows. We have a wonderful relationship with our current nanny, who plans to come back after her own maternity leave, and are looking for someone who can fill in the gap.
